The decision was made to improve traffic flow and enhance public safety.

All types of loaders and Qingqi rickshaws will be prohibited from entering Canal Road and other designated model roads from today (Saturday).

Traffic police have been ordered to launch a special crackdown against auto-rickshaw drivers carrying extra passengers alongside the driver.

In Lahore, special enforcement teams have been stationed at key locations, including Dharampura, Mughalpura, and Thokar Niaz Baig, to monitor compliance and manage traffic.
