Pakistani motorcycle manufacturer Super Power has expanded its product range with the launch of two higher-capacity petrol bikes, the Titan R250T and Nitro R300.
Super Power has set an introductory price of Rs755,000 for the Nitro R300, while the Titan R250T is priced at Rs950,000.
The company had previously announced plans to introduce four new two-wheelers, including two petrol motorcycles and two electric models.
The latest launches give Super Power a presence in the higher-displacement petrol-bike market, targeting riders looking to move beyond conventional 70cc, 125cc and 150cc commuter motorcycles.
The Titan R250T is positioned as the more premium motorcycle, with a twin-cylinder engine and a wider range of electronic and safety features.
The Nitro R300, meanwhile, uses a simpler single-cylinder setup and is priced lower.
Super Power Titan R250T
The Titan R250T is powered by a 248cc twin-cylinder, four-stroke SOHC engine with liquid cooling.
The engine produces 19kW, equivalent to about 25.5 horsepower, at 9,000rpm and 21.5Nm of torque at 6,000rpm.
Power is delivered through a six-speed gearbox, while electronic fuel injection replaces the carburettor systems found on many smaller motorcycles in Pakistan.
The motorcycle is also equipped with dual front disc brakes, front and rear ABS and traction control.
Other features include dual cameras, tubeless tyres, electric start and a 13-litre fuel tank. Super Power claims fuel consumption of 2.7 litres per 100km.
With its twin-cylinder engine and additional electronic equipment, the Titan is aimed at riders seeking a more substantial upgrade from conventional commuter motorcycles.
Super Power Nitro R300
The Nitro R300 takes a different approach.
Despite its R300 designation, the motorcycle’s official specifications list its engine displacement at 271.3cc. It uses a single-cylinder, four-stroke engine with oil cooling and a balance shaft.
The engine produces 16kW, or approximately 21.5 horsepower, at 8,500rpm and 22Nm of torque at 6,500rpm.
Like the Titan, the Nitro has a six-speed transmission and electronic fuel injection. It also comes with front and rear ABS, electric start and remote ignition.
The Nitro has a 16-litre fuel tank and a claimed fuel consumption figure of 3.0 litres per 100km.
Its simpler mechanical configuration allows Super Power to position the motorcycle below the Titan in terms of price while still offering features associated with larger motorcycles.
