In Multan, flour is being sold for Rs130-135 per kilo in different parts of the city. In addition to this, the 15 kg bag is being sold for Rs2000.
Additionally, in Peshawar, it is being sold for more than Rs170 per kilo. According to reports, a 10 kg bag of flour has reached Rs14,000 in Lahore.
Flour prices have also increased once again in the provincial capital, Quetta. The price of a 20 kg bag of flour has increased by Rs70.
It has reportedly gone from from Rs2,850 to Rs2,920. This increase is forcing consumers to spend more on this essential food item.

Flour prices rise in Pakistan
The price of 20-kilogram flour packets has been increasing in Pakistan over the past year. Even by as much as Rs1,250 over the course of a year, according to official data.
According to the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS), flour prices have surged in major cities of all provinces, and Karachi is still topping the list of the highest prices for flour in the country.
