Investigative journalist Fakhar Durrani has presented evidence exposing RAW’s anti-Pak army social media propaganda.
In a post on X, Durrani said he wanted to gather proof, so he continued communicating with a person who was posting content against the Pakistan Army and was reportedly very interested in the clashes between Pakistan and Afghanistan. According to Durrani, these interactions helped him collect information and evidence.
He said, “The discussion was about getting the first article published, which was against Field Marshal Asim Munir. Throughout the entire month of February, I kept demanding money from them, saying to pay in advance so that proof of the financial transaction would come through.”

“They kept putting it off until today and tomorrow. Then, on the 27th, a major, important event takes place. There are clashes between Pakistan and Afghanistan. On that very day, they send the advance payment amount via EasyPaisa, and at the same time, they do another thing.”
“They tell me, if you have any information about the current situation, share it. Information in the form of videos and images that aren’t on the media. What connection does a PR firm have to the border situation and the war?”
After gathering the information, Durrani said he decided to confront them directly.
“Once we had completed our story, we decided to confront them, to plainly tell them that we know you’re not a PR firm but RAW. One, this would reveal their stance; two, their true identity would come to light—who they really are. In this clip, you can hear that at first, they said no, we’re just PR. When I said I’m not a child, after that, they shifted to talking about moving to Britain and other offers”, he said.
Suspect arrested for providing social media services to India against Pakistan
On Sunday, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar said security agencies had arrested a suspect for running an India-linked digital influence campaign.
Tarar said the suspect was providing digital marketing services, and investigations found that these services were linked to India.
He said payments to promote anti-Pakistan content on social media were made from India, while adding that investigators uncovered a network of bot farms used to spread misinformation and amplify content targeting Pakistan, its sovereignty, the government, the armed forces, and other state institutions.
He also said the suspect told investigators that much of the content he received was related to the activities of the banned Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) in Azad Kashmir.
A day earlier, a Pakistani man who says he was unknowingly drawn into facilitating social media engagement for individuals linked to RAW has come forward after being contacted by authorities.
He claimed he handed over evidence, including payment records, chat messages, and other documents that he says demonstrate his interactions with RAW-linked operatives.
