Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi has clarified on Wednesday that Phase-9 Gandhara has not been launched by DHAI-R. It has also not authorised any sale or purchase of files for the said phase.
According to the details, some people are involved in the illegal sale and purchase of files of DHA Rawalpindi Phase-9 Gandhara.

What is the status of Phase-9 Gandhara?

However, none of these sales or purchases has been approved or permitted by DHAI-R.
Additionally, any such files currently being marketed do not carry official permission or approval.
DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi said that the launch of any new phase or project is formally announced and widely publicised through official channels and media platforms.
It therefore distanced itself from ongoing transactions involving files being sold under the name of Gandhara or Phase-9.
The authority has also advised the public to exercise caution and avoid unauthorised transactions. It further warned that anyone who is buying or selling such files would be doing so at their own risk and cost.
DHA-R further stated that it would not be responsible for any financial loss that comes from such transactions.
Adding that it reserved the right to initiate legal proceedings against individuals involved in unauthorised sale or purchase of the files.
