Germany has announced the highest-paying jobs for the residents of Pakistan.
As per the latest information, Germany is facing a growing shortage of healthcare workers, particularly nurses, as its population ages and demand for medical services increases.
According to the Bureau of Immigration and Overseas Employment (BIOE), the development has created new opportunities for skilled workers from countries such as Pakistan.
Officials say Germany’s healthcare system is under pressure due to a rising number of elderly patients.
As a result, hospitals and care facilities are increasingly relying on international professionals to fill these vacancies.
Multiple companies have announced nursing jobs in this regard.
In Germany, nursing roles are formally recognised under titles such as Pflegefachfrau, Pflegefachmann, and Pflegefachperson.
These positions cover a wide range of responsibilities, including general nursing, paediatric care, and obstetric services.
Nurses may work in hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient centres, or rehabilitation facilities.
However, foreign-trained nurses must go through a formal process before they can begin work.
German authorities assess their qualifications to ensure they meet national standards.
As per the media reports, the monthly salary of an experienced nurse in Germany is around 2,500 euros to 4,000 euros.
This is 13 to 14 lakh if calculated in Pakistani rupees.

After the vacancies are confirmed, applicants may need to pass a knowledge test or complete an adaptation period.
Language skills are also important. Most applicants are required to demonstrate German proficiency at the B2 level, along with a medical fitness certificate and proof of good character.
Non-EU citizens, including Pakistanis, must apply for a residence permit.
While the EU Blue Card does not apply to nursing roles, there are other pathways available.
These include visas for recognition of qualifications and “recognition partnerships,” which allow candidates to work while completing the required process.
Another option is the “Opportunity Card,” which allows individuals to enter Germany and search for jobs under certain conditions.
Officials say these pathways reflect a steady demand for trained healthcare workers, offering a potential route for qualified professionals seeking employment abroad.
