Lahore traffic authorities have introduced an online process allowing motorists to challenge e-challans they believe were issued incorrectly.
The Lahore Traffic Police said drivers and motorcyclists no longer need to visit a traffic police office to submit a complaint against a disputed e-challan.
Instead, motorists can use the online review facility available through the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) e-challan portal.
Drivers should first visit the official PSCA e-challan website and enter the information requested by the system.
Once the e-challan appears, users should check its details and confirm that it is the ticket they believe was issued incorrectly.
They can then select the Review option and follow the instructions provided on the portal. Applicants will need to provide the required information before submitting their review request online.
The relevant authorities will examine the complaint and notify the applicant of the outcome once the review process has been completed.
The Lahore Traffic Police said people who face difficulties using the online system can contact its helpline for assistance.

The online review system is intended to make the process of disputing incorrect e-challans easier and reduce the need for citizens to visit traffic police offices in person.
