The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has invited applications for dozens of vacancies ranging from Basic Scale (BS)-11 to BS-18 across several government departments in Punjab.
According to an official announcement, the recruitment drive is open to candidates from a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds. Applicants holding intermediate, bachelor’s, postgraduate and relevant professional qualifications will be eligible to apply for posts that match their academic credentials.
The commission said applications must be submitted through its online portal, with the deadline set for August 5, 2026. No applications submitted through other means will be accepted.
PPSC has advised candidates to carefully review the application process, fee structure, written examination requirements, syllabus, interview procedures and other instructions available on its official website before submitting their applications.
The commission said the written examination schedule, syllabus, roll number slips and all subsequent updates would be published only on its official website, urging applicants to check the portal regularly for the latest information.
It also clarified that employees serving in the federal government, semi-government organisations, autonomous bodies and local governments would not be eligible for age relaxation on the basis of their current employment.
Candidates relying on qualifications declared as equivalent to the required educational criteria must produce an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission or the relevant Equivalence Committee at the time of the interview, or whenever requested by the commission. Failure to provide the certificate within the prescribed timeframe will result in the rejection of the application.
The commission urged applicants not to wait until the closing date to complete the application process and advised them to rely solely on the official PPSC website for authentic information and updates.
