Rs 100000 Punjab governmnet Rehmat card

The Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, has launched a Rehmat Card to help eligible individuals financially. According to the details, the Punjab government will help around 50,000 families under the Rehmat Card programme.

According to the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and media reports, the widows in Punjab will receive financial aid of Rs 100,000 through the Rehmat Card programme. The reports also confirmed that the orphaned children will be able to receive Rs100,000 through this programme.

How to register to receive Rs 100,000?   

The process of registration to receive financial aid from the Punjab government is not complex. To register for the Rehmat Card programme, the eligible individuals can download the Rehmat Card app or contact the helpline number 1077.

The eligible candidates will receive an amount of Rs 100,000 in their JazzCash account.

Eligibility for Rehmat Card programme

To qualify for the Rehmat Card scheme, a widow must have her widowed status mentioned on her national identity card, belong to a low-income family, and not receive any government financial support. Government employees and pensioners cannot apply for the scheme.

For orphaned children, guardians must register themselves and submit the child’s B-Form.

Applicants must complete the PSER survey, and the beneficiary’s mobile number must be linked to their national identity card.

Last month, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz approved the “Rehmat Card” scheme to provide financial support to widows and orphans across the province.

During a high-level meeting, she said the government would fully support widows and orphans so they no longer feel alone.

She added that supporting underprivileged people is the government’s responsibility and said the initiative aims to improve their financial condition.
